‘Worrying’ New Focus on Nuclear Deterrence
From our Jan. 18, 2014, issue.
Your allusion to “Chernobyl near Karachi” is a sorry attempt at sarcasm. It is either based on some ulterior motive or reflects complete ignorance of the vast difference between the design safety levels of the Chernobyl plant and the proposed Generation III nuclear power plants at Karachi. Either way, by indulging in baseless fear-mongering, it does a huge public disservice.
